We have a group of over 30 intercessors that pray over needs that come in through the blue Prayer Request cards or through our email, prayers@messiahchristian.org.
We pray for our church, our pastors and elders, and the congregation. We also have weekly times of prayer before our services at 8:30 AM on Sunday's and 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.
Our weekly small group helps us grow in prayer as we learn many new styles and pray for needs in our church, community, nation, and world.
We sponsor prayer initiatives including a New Years Eve Prayer Watch for the Nations, mission trip prayer guides, Encounters, and Ancient Paths.
We also participate, with our worship team, in a monthly prayer watch at Richmond International House of Prayer on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 6:00-8:00 PM.
